Financial performance software for PV, SHW [RE-wrenches]

All,
Any recommendations for performance and financial return software to
evaluate PV and or SHW systems? I'd like to be able to control input on
annual energy cost increase, investment tax credits, depreciation, and our
Washington production incentives, etc. System performance, with shading
input, would be a good tab, too.
I saw an example of such a program for PV systems when in Sacramento last
fall for training - maybe with a version of PV Watts (?).
