Bad news - Tax credit extension failed [RE-wrenches]

The Senate's 1-year extension of the residential and commercial tax credits 
for solar did not pass the Senate. Now the Senate will vote on the House 
stimulus bill which does not include extending the renewable energy tax 
credits. Does anyone have any good news to report?
