dc-to-dc converter [RE-wrenches]

Solar converters made a 120 battery charger for me. 
Perhaps they can build a higher voltage unit.  

A real kluge would be a mppt to a capacitor to a small
inverter, to AC and then AC to a 240 volt battery
charger.  The last part is the hard ine to find.
