Hidden Low profile conduit through roof - flashing? [RE-wrenches]

Friends:

As you all know, the 2005 code allows for PV source conduit to enter a 
building envelope without first passing through a disconnect IF the conduit 
is metal.  Does anyone have factual knowledge if this will change for 2008?
