Sanyo HIT panels in off grid app [RE-wrenches]

Hi Larry,

I have seen two systems that use the Sanyo 190's, 2 in series into a  
MX-60 without problem.
Lowest temps in this area are around 20 degrees F, which is really  
rare.  Usually its only just below freezing.

It is true that at the lowest temps, the MX-60 will not connect, but  
the VOC isn't high enough
to damage the MX-60.

Once the panels warm up, volts drop and the MX-60 will connect.

These were systems that I didn't design.
I don't like to use the Sanyo for battery based systems unless its  
really warm all the time,
like Baja
