blank postings [RE-wrenches]

[August Goers]

Nearly all of my messages have the exact same problem with delays - I'm
sending this out at 1:13pm PST. I'm definitely sending them as plain text.

Great sleuthing.  Now if only someone can figure out why most of my 
postings are held up by Topica for almost 24 hours before appearing...  
Makes it hard to participate meaningfully in active threads.

I posted this immediately upon receiving boB's post, about 1:50 MDT on 
Thursday.  Let's see how long this one takes

If you are using legacy Yahoo mail (and probably beta too) for your 
email, open the "Options" link in the upper right-hand corner, then 
"General Preferences". Then check "Compose messages as plain text" in 
compsing emails, rather than  "Compose messages as color and graphics", 
which happens to be HTML mode.
