Some of the best jobs we ever got was because of fixing someone else mess
like that.
A couple of years ago we had to repair a mess made by a similar outfit (now
out of business), but since then we have gotten over 10 more jobs from
neighbors etc, all in the $40K to 90K range.
So leave the owner with some of your busines cards, and make sure your
sitckers are all over the equipment :)
