A provision of the energy bill passed by the U.S. House last week:
Provides no extension of the existing 30 percent Investment Tax Credit for
homeowners under Section 25 of the tax code, but eliminates the existing
$2,000 maximum dollar limitation
Does this mean that there will be a 30 percent tax credit for residential
systems with no monetary cap but that this will only be in effect during
2008?
