No-Power Direct Vent Heaters? [RE-wrenches]

The Cozy is a decent heater but does use a pilot light. A good bit of 
expansion and contraction noise.

I don't know if Eco Therm heaters are still around, but I was very 
unimpressed with them. It kept blowing out and had a sketchy connection 
to the flue through the wall that I didn't trust. This was a few years 
ago now.
