pump question [RE-wrenches]

Hi Mike

I've seen the same problem with SQ's.

I've done some on/off timers that work OK, but not as elegantly as  
the pump tek type critters.

Hence the question.  I"ve got a customer who has a SQ and pump is  
running too much but no water to pump.
