My suggestion would be to monitor a couple of used inverter or charge 
controller auctions on Ebay.  I doubt that you'll find auctions for used 
assembled systems, but you'll likely find some good individual component 
auctions in a 2-3 week period of time.  Compute the average multiple that 
sellers are getting for the inverters or controllers against your standard 
sale prices for the same items new, then apply that multiple across the 
board.  Credit yourself for estimated shipping prices, a buyer of used 
components would normally have to pay them.

I would guess that you'll come out with a multiplier in the range of 
0.6-0.7, but watching a few sales would confirm or adjust that figure.
