Apollo 80 Comments [RE-wrenches]

We have installed five since late 2006. Three of them were installed in
Maine, two in the Caribbean. The first one installed smoked within five
days. Apollo was very supportive and immendiately replaced it with no
problem. It has since been working well. The other two in Maine seem to
be working very well.
One is my own, working aside my MX-60. They seem to perform equally.
The two in the Caribbean are performing very well. Apollo advertises
that the T-80 performs well at high temps and this claim seems to be
substantiated by these two controllers. We have had no problems at all
since they were installed six months ago.
We will continue to use them. I might add that they can be a pain to
retrofit into an existing system. The additional temp sensor wires,
powered smart shunt, etc. are the reasons. In new systems they are no
problem to install.
Apollo seems to be committed to good customer service so far.
   Just my two sense....
