A good way... no

Hydrochoric acid (swimming pool acid) will usually disolve it somewhat 
enought to loosen it, but of course you take the chance of it eating up 
other parts. A couple years ago we managed to save a single panel that got 
splattered with concrete (same stuff) by laying acid soaked rags on it for 
an hour or so, but any solution that comes to mind has risks.
