I used to direct import them but have decided not to now.  No problem with
the product but after a shipment of 170W poly's was replaced with a shipment
of 170W mono *downgrades* without advice or discussion (I had a job thet
required poly's for aesthetic reasons) and then they just refused to deal
with the issue.  I had paid for grade 1 panels and received grade 2 with no
explaination or compensation.  They are great when there is a sale involved
but when there is a problem it is ignored.  Would not want to try and deal
with a warranty issue!
