Free Codes... Just in time for the holiday season [RE-wrenches]

Fellow Wrenches,

The International Code Council (ICC) has found it in their collective hearts
to post links to *FREE* codes for select state and local jurisdictions.

Some are downloadable and others are only viewable online. There are
different types and pieces of codes available depending on the jurisdiction.
Only a few jurisdictions are represented. No, California is not one of them.
The ones I've checked out work well. If you happen to be in some places,
you're in the gravy! For the rest of us... Get your credit cards out or
learn the new requirements through plan-check comments and field
inspections. 

They have a cool Seismic calculator there.  If you're one of those people
who likes to punch in a zip code to see just how many inches the ground is
expected to move at various intervals in a 2-second shake... This is the
tool for you!  Download your free copy and intall it locally, courtesy USGS.
FYI - 22+ inches at 2 seconds for my zip code. Let the hammock swing!
