Day4 modules [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,
Any experience with the new Day4 modules? (see http://www.day4energy.com/).
Conergy will soon be carrying them, so I checked out their specs.

It appears that they will offer 36 and 48-cell modules. The 36-cell are
nominal 12V, 115-145W.

The 48-cell have a unique MPP, meaning they won't easily combine with other
modules. As we have no history on this company to know if it will be around
years from now, I am hesitant to use something that can't be easily matched
in the future.

Any more knowledgable opinions or info, please?
