Grundfos 3 SQF-3 performance curves [RE-wrenches]

I see several dealer and distributor mentions of the Grundfos 3 SQF-3 (quoting 600' maximum head) online (including Conergy), but no performance curves or other data, even at Grundfos.  Anyone familiar with this beast?

Also any comments on the SQFlex helical rotor models' durability, lifespan, etc/?
