Palm springs wind storm [RE-wrenches]

Friends:

A small article in our local paper reported that a windstorm in the Palm 
Springs area had blown some PV modules off of roofs.  Being the paranoid 
type, I'd sure like some details on the mounting failure that occurred so I 
can extrapolate this scenario to our mounting techniques.  Does anyone have 
any details?
