Thought on this approach? [RE-wrenches]

Thanks Michael, that's good to know. But if it is still really vaporware
and they don't have a stable and tested product it seems a bit early to be
lining up internet sales people and trying to push that vapor out the door.
It might be an interesting concept but it hardly seems market-ready.
It also strikes me that our power supply and our electricity costs are going
to vary wildly and widely across the country as different areas of the
country pay the price for their dependence on particular energy sources.
What might be attractive in Hawaii with 26 cent per KWHr electricity costs
won't be very attractive in the NW with cheap hydro.

Hi Gang. I'm singing a slightly different tune. Still "vaporware," but...
They apparently ARE working quite hard on developing an inverter. They even
have hired some folks that many of us know, to work on the engineering. (Rob
Wills is one, a long-time solar bozo that I greatly respect. Part of Rob's
career was with Advanced Energy, the inverter manufacturer that got absorbed
by Beacon. I remember when Rob showed up at a SEER fair in Willits with the
first MPPT controller I'd heard of, all breadboarded out.)
But most important, notice the citizenre concept of installing RE systems
and financing them based on utility savings. This may very well be the way
that all of you will be marketing RE systems some day soon. I do not think
this is something that can be ignored, and I hear is already having some
success with 30+ KW systems ( http://www.sunedison.com ).
