WEEB clip and lug grounding system [RE-wrenches]

Tom,

We have used Wiley Electronics WEEB Lugs and their other parts on three
systems now. Overall I think they are a good product. A bit pricier than
the way we used to do run pv frame/rack equipment grounding. But I think
it is a superior method of grounding. We have used the WEEB's on top of
pole DP&W systems and just finished a UniRac top mount for 24 Evergreen
ES-180's which worked great, except for a problem with how the Wiley
bonding splice attaches. As you may know the splices for the UniRac are on
the lower sides of the rail so they do not interfere with placement of
modules. The Wiley splice kit, for equipment bond between the two spliced
rails, attaches to the top of the rail and takes up a few inches. On the
Evergreen 180's the splice kit was in the way when we went to attach the
third module. Of course you can work around it but it would seem to me
that they could get together with UniRac to place the splice/bond on the
side of the rail to make our jobs easier.

Dave

They have a website with some good information.
