BP customer service [RE-wrenches]

Oil's a global commodity, it moves wherever the highest price is, like
capital.  Longevity of customer relationships means nothing.  Cut off supply
today, you can always sell back to them tomorrow.  Why should we expect an
oil company to treat solar modules differently?  Shell modules anyone?

Thanks everyone.   I did finally get through to BP Solar customer 
service.  But not by using the phone number on the warranty sheet or the 
web site.  That leads to a phone tree that is a dead end.  The customer 
service rep was concerned about lost messages and said he'd look into 
why messages don't get through.  Yeah.

Graham, thanks for the alert on the BP Solar product advisory.  Scary 
circumstance.
