My turn to chime in.

Milwaukee 49-22-8510 Right Angle Drill Attachment Kit. Excellent for getting 
screws into those tight spots and around corners. Has a quick change collet 
and has held every 1/4" hex bit I've tried.

And a Dremel (with lots of bits) for those non-standard adjustments that 
occasionally need to be made.
