Uhhh, the disposable kind?   ;-)

Seriously though, do you need a quick, one-time measurement, or are you
looking to create a permanent spot to allow measurements over time?   

If the first, a bit of electricians tape will probably survive long enough
to get a reading.  If the second, I'd look for some of that epoxy muffler
mending tape sold in automotive stores.  Remember, you're not trying to mend
the pipe, just give a non-reflective surface.
