Brad,
They list the power supply as:
Class 2, 24 V ac ±10% 2 VA OR 30 V dc ±20% 0.03 A
I don't know if it will work on a 24V rated PV panel....

Conrad,

The Tekmar 155 is specified to require 24v AC for power. I've never
found anyone there who can tell me if it will run on 24v DC. Do you know
if it will?
