The Outback doesn't have that issue.  I've run my washer with the  
volts up at 30v and everything runs just fine.

I recommend that my customers get something that THEY can get fixed.   
Nobody can fix the Stabir which has been a big problem, and one of  
the reasons I no longer recommend, use them ( besides the don't work  
as well, cost much more, can't be bought locally, and I've had too  
many problems with them)
