So far Fat Spaniel is all we have been able to come up with.  I understand
that some of the inverter manufacturers may be working on systems, I'm just
not sure if they allow multiple inverter types to be utilizied.

I am looking for a system that will allow the monitoring of small to medium
sized grid-tied PV systems (one to three inverters). I would like to be able
to interface with standard inverters (e.g. SMA, Xantrex GT series, etc.) to
a home network via Ethernet and do one of two things: (1) allow the customer
to monitor their system's real time performance and a daily energy
production log via a simple browser interface from a computer on the same
net, and (2) a URL that could be accessed in principle from anywhere on the
internet (perhaps login protected) to allow contractors and public agencies
to view the same data. 

 

I looked briefly at Fat Spaniel about 18 months ago and it seemed pricey at
the time, and in any event I haven't looked at their product(s) recently.
Before I did, I hoped that some wrenches with similar requirements had found
a satisfactory solution.
