David,

Full disclosure: - we are a distributor for these modules, shipments
starting in March. The below is not meant to be an ad (we don't have
THAT many). If anyone reading this feel it might be, please delete
before reading! No offense meant!

--------------------------------

We saw them at SolarPower2005, and kicked the modules a bit.
 - great looks
 - larger margin than most modules in the US now
 - deep heavy frame, secured to glass (no pull away when held by the
frame)
 - UL listing will be on 140/150/160/170/180 watt modules, not on small
modules (listing has been achieved recently, awaiting paperwork
processing)
 - power tolerance of +/- 3%
 - MC connectors
 - modules have been used in the more demanding German market for a
number of years
 - 25 year warranty, pretty much standard PV warranty
 - After their IPO in December, Suntech became the highest capitalized
solar company in the world, surpassing SolarWorld.
 - We are not sure if we'll have multicrystal or single crystal, but we
believe both will be imported.
 - We will have some small modules (30/60/80 watt ranges.)
The full product range in their catalog will not be available. A much
more limited product line will be exported to the US.
