Unisolar SSR64 mounting [RE-wrenches]

We used a different type metal panel on perlins on
open roofs. the spacing of the perlins was two feet. 
If these panels are ok on 2' spaced perlins, then the
1.3 feet wide by 2 feet between spacers, is 2.6 sq.
ft. of exposed area.  Using the 25 # per square foot
wind pressure, each clip must hold 65 lbs.  The wind
force in the area must be checked, and a safety factor
should be included.
