Thanks for bringing the Fronius reimbursement program to my 
attention.  This plus a positive experience on the three Fonius installs 
completed will influence my choices.

Just to set the record straight, I recently had need for some Outback 
product.  I asked Outback and an item was sent to me at no cost.  This made 
me feel better about the time spent rectifying a situation caused by a 
defective product.
