WEEB grounding [RE-wrenches]

Why not just use a star washer between module frame and rack? It would
appear to accomplish the same thing as the WEEB.I used to do this before
the Ilsco lay-in lugs became the rage.

Wrenches,

You probably have received an e-mail ad for WEEB Lugs and WEEB Splice
Kits.

The following is a quote from their web page. Is this legit? Have you
seen,
or used the products?
Is this NEC Approved?

David

<<Grounding the entire array is even easier! Simply mount one WEEBLug
for
each rail, making sure the teeth will penetrate into the aluminum rail.
(The
lug itself is tin plated copper and the washer is stainless, so that
connection can be pressure only.) The lug is a lay-in type, making it
easy
to attach the ground wire. Because you don't have to run ground wire to
every single module, you save time and make a much cleaner installation.
Neat!
