DBK Solar [RE-wrenches]

Much contact with individual over past six months in Arizona asking me to
check them out (San Diego office is in Carlsbad, CA next to Oceanside where
I am).   Unfortunately, it's been one thing or another, etc.   But since a
Wrench is asking now, perhaps I can get over there and see what they think
they've got.  From the DBK website this could be a similar technology as has
been accomplished for 5-10% efficiency increase by Day4 Modules, a Canadian
group...see http://www.day4solar.com/ for more info...who has recent supply
agreement with famed Q-Cells...but have strong doubt this group local to me
is anywhere near what well-founded Day4 is up to.

More later.  At previous and first revisit glances, I agree with your first
assessment as below...doesn't make sense.
