MPPT charge controller worksheet [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

I am looking to teach folks how to size for the MX-60 and other MPPT 
charge controllers including temperature effects.  I don’t see anything 
really solid in the MX-60 manual.  (I may not have the newest version).  
I have been surprised by the limitation temperature effects can have, 
making a particular module not compatible with the MX-60 at a particular 
battery voltage and distance.

Does anyone have a general MPPT charge controller equation or worksheet 
for sizing with the variety of modules we have available today, (and 
different ones tomorrow, Ug)?
