I have a client with a 120 VDC nominal electric truck.  He wants me to
figure out some symbolic/functional PV charging.  I am slowly coming up with
a way to fit the panels, now I need a source for a CC.  Isn't this a voltage
used by the T-com world?  Or will I need a voltage controlled relay?  I
don't need to get fancy - It will be in bulk most of the time.
