Friends:
I have a client with SW inverters installed in 1999/2000. They never got a
net metering agreement. I want to find out when the SW inverters were
de-listed to see if my client may be eligible for a "Grandfather"
exemption. Has anyone here fought that fight? Does anyone have any
documentation on that fiasco that might allow me to make a case?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help and to everyone who participates
in this forum.
