Hi Darryl,

Not new as some new fangled, but the one the inspector had just  
didn't work correctly.
But when the test was done with the other tester and it worked OK,  
then the inspector signed off, no problem.
So I do recommend getting your own tester, just to double check what  
the inspector does.
