Module appraisal question [RE-wrenches]

Around here, used solar panels go for a premium. They sell to next door 
neighbors, and they never even make it to the open market (check ebay for 
used modules). With the way the PV market is going, I'd think about $1 less 
than avg. sale price of new modules (not Mfg. Sug. Retail). I've seen 
people pay close to what you can get new modules from a super discounter. 
I'd think $450 to $500 a module would not be unreasonable for those KC 120s.
