I personally oppose the energy bill in its present form but sooner or 
later, it will pass relatively unchanged, regardless of who opposes it. 
The petrol industry though is not the industry to fear, it's coal.

Even if a national net-metering law passed tomorrow, the RE industry 
would not affect the growth of the coal cartel.
