I find that everyone gravitates to calculating overhangs because they have
some wonderful love for geometry, when the glass/mass ratio and orientation
are the critical aspects. The factsheet that this came from also has
overhang calculations. It is a very nice and concise piece. Everyone
interested should download it.

By the way, my masters thesis was on Passive Solar.
