Lee, this combination of modules doesn't leave you with very many choices. 

Option 1: Wire both arrays for 24 volts, using #4 wire to the new array 
and loose 39 watts in the wire or use #2 wire and loose 25 watts.  Is it 
worth going to #2 wire to gain 14 watts?
Option 2: Wire both arrays for 48-volts, using only four of the 53-watt 
modules.  Now you can use #6 wire to the new array and only loose 16 
watts.  But you'll need another charge controller and more wire to the 
old PV array to use use the last two modules.
Option 3: Wire the new array for 48-volts and the old array for 24-volts 
using separate charge controllers for each.
Option 4: Get a couple more 160-watt modules and wire both arrays for 
72-volts.  But that's not a good idea in cold climates like Montana.
