Barbara,

To set the record straight, all the test reports that the CEC is referring
have been submitted in the past 10 days. Over 30 reports on the last day and
a half. Your sources are referring to information that is irrelevant to this
current testing requirement. I understand the frustration, but there is no
need for panic.

Look at the fine print at the bottom.  They say they are re-evaluating the 
inverters. (they've had that info for over 5 months in some cases)
