If previous suggestions fail, it might be time to use some monitoring  system 
and record what is actually happening when you are not looking. I use a  
scope meter to record voltage and freq. (most likely the ones to go out of  spec). 
This still does not by itself nail down the source of the problem.but is  a 
good start.
