There is also San Francisco who's City Council put a ballot issue to a
vote of the people and got a stunningly high positive vote for a $100
million bond issue to put solar on city buildings.

Also, Columbia, MO , which voted to require their municipal utility to
buy increasing amounts of renewable power (albeit probably 'utility
scale').
