Guys & Gals,
You bet! The German federal government is committed to promoting PV. 
So are the Japanese. Also, seen the Euro or the Yen vs the dollar 
lately? Can't blame their governments for doing the smart thing. 
Can't blame the PV manus for copping an extra Euro or two. We 
wrenches are doing our part. 'Suppose it could be that 
born-in-an-oilfield Resident -in-chief and his nasty, greasy ilk?
