While the Wall Street Journal, gasp, should not be mentioned in the same
sentence as HomePower in terms of coverage of RE issues, there is a
well-written and objective piece on page 1 of Section D of today's WSJ on
grid-tie PV and the various state incentive programs across the country.  If
the WSJ is reporting this stuff, maybe it's a sign that PV applications have
arrived in the mainstream...or that the Rapture is fast approaching....or
maybe both...
