In response to my posting last week about a DC load center, and Gary's
concurrence, perhaps we have had an answer from Outback all along. I never
considered that an Outback PSPV met our stated request, but here's Robin's
response:

Wrenches, is this a workable solution? It appears so to me. Let's see,
choice of one or two poles, check. Range of breaker sizes, check. I think
the breakers are rated to 125 VDC or some such, check. Listed product,
check. We would need a backfeed clip in some applications, so that one
breaker could serve as the main disconnect for a subpanel. And it's a bit
pricey compared to QO stuff, but I guess that's understandable given the
production numbers.

Robin may be right, here. What do the rest of you say?
