Sorry for the delayed reply, I actually shut my computer off for the
holiday!

Bob-O pretty well answered your warranty question.  First of all the
engineering talent and years of experience designing and building
inverters that PV Powered has is very impressive.  This team was
building large inverters for the wind industry back in the early 90's.
They've built a line of inverters for our industry with hundreds fewer
electronic components, increasing overall reliability and efficiency.

Because they are a privately held company, I have no way of knowing what
their financial resources are, but based on what I see them spending on
R&D for new and even better gear, I feel pretty comfortable they plan on
being around for the long haul.
