I always heard below c/100 rate. My super discount systems are a used 20
watt module on a pair of used golf cart batteries, with automotive fuses. I
just sell these BTW, I have much higher standards for my installations.
Everybody needs lights though.
In testing I never saw it overcharge. I think I tried 40 watts into a
single set of golf cart batteries without a controller, but I would want a
controller If the system were being floated with out use for weeks at a time.
