In spite of the above, we find that two separate units will work fine for 
days on end and then fail to disconnect for no apparent reason.  These are 
used C40s, so maybe it is some defect due to life span.  It does not seem 
appropriate to purchase a new one for load control since A. we have had 
problems with two units, and B. there must be something out there 
cheaper.  We are, after all, only switching something like 150 MA.
