Just wanted to say thanks to Outback.

I had a problem with a quad stack VFX3648.  It apprears that with the old
diesel generator the preset 60 cycle transfer time was too long ( 12-18
cycles being a better setpoint ) and caused some  problems for one of the
inverters.

Outback responded with sending one of their top engineers to look at and
then repair the unusual situation.  This was done with great speed and
efficiency.
