It very well might be someone else with the virus, they take addresses from
the address books and send so to looks like it is coming from the address. I
get them sometimes from my own address.
Run a virus check with something off site so that if the systems protection
is corrupted it can be found.
Try www.housecall.com it is not related to the popular virus programs.
AVG is another good virus program and it is free!!!
